La Regalido Restaurant has had stars in the Michelin guide since 1972. The menu changes every two months, according to the seasons and to Thoma's inspiration. Its cuisine is light and elegant, a graceful blend of local products and other Mediterranean cooking: Morocco, Italy, Spain... The menu offers traditional specialities such as: Bouzigues mousesls au gratin with spinach, jugged hare or L'Aigo Sau and so on. For desserts, the Chef uses unexpected local produces: herbs, spices, tomatoes, olive oil, local liqueurs, lavender.  Finally, this gastronomical offer is extended to the cooking classes offered for small groups.

Last but not least, all around the village of Fontvieille many exceptional places and several activities are available, including loads of vineyards, Daudet's Windmill and the nearby Saint-Rémy de Provence.

Carcassonne

The bay window was originally mullioned. The partitioned ceiling also dates from this period. On the east there are some fragments of an early 18th century decoration, depicting the sacrifice of Iphigenia according to Euripedes.

Burgundy
